The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. the rooms are clean and come with a coffee maker and a fridge, which was nice to have during my business trip. Another great aspect is that there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops around the hotel.

Hotel was very clean. Really close to Aokicho Park, 5 minutes' walk to Kawaguchi train station. We can recommend & would definitely come back. The location was 1 mile to hikawa shrine.

I spent Christmas at a hotel in Saitama and it was a great experience! The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was very useful for staying in touch with family and friends during the holiday season. the staff was very kind and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable.

The room was a bit small and there was some noise from the hallway at times, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also a bit cramped and the shower area was small.
